We collect materials from different factories, then they get delivered to our factory which exclusively works with pure, chemical-free wood, particularly pine wood, chosen for its superior quality. The wood undergoes a thorough drying process to achieve a moisture level of less than 7%.
The wood is meticulously filtered to separate wood dust from larger wood pieces. The larger pieces are broken down to form wood dust, which is then combined with the rest of the wood.
the wood dust is fed into a ring die machine, shaping it into pellets. The choice of a ring die machine, as opposed to a flat die, is deliberate to maintain consistent pellet thickness and ensure a longer burning time
