Put everything together in the blender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Cut off about 3 cm from a finger-thick piece of the ginger root, wash and scrape off the peel with a coffee spoon. This amount of ginger develops a considerable spiciness in the smoothie. Depending on your preferences, you can also use more or less ginger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Put the ginger in the blender as well. If the blender is not very strong, cut the ginger into small pieces beforehand. Add orange juice as a liquid as desired. We usually take a large glass, around 250 ml.
