Bidding, tendering and cost control
Cost control is a very important part of the process we follow when we undertake any project. The procedure involves a total cost evaluation of the project. This helps the client understand their budget and provides room for future planning as well as removing any budgetary concerns upfront.
Design
It is important to initially map out the design of the building. This provides the client with an opportunity to go into detail about what exactly they have in mind, thus making room for any little amendments the client has. Advisers and expert architects are present during this process to provide the client with all the support they need. With our expertise and advice, we seamlessly help our clients to achieve the expectations they set.
Shop drawings & construction documentation
After the design has been established and framed out, the plotted drawings go into more detail. From the architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings; everything from start to finish is presented as fine art. This facilitates a clearer picture for the engineers and builders to better materialize the intended vision into an actual building.
Procurement
At this stage, our procurement team starts to acquire all the necessary materials needed for bringing the design to life. The timeline for this stage is usually shorter than the other stages, but this entirely depends on the nature of the building to be constructed.
With our trusted partners and alliances, we procure all materials needed to begin the construction. Whether it is plumbing pipes, electrical wiring, or mechanical fixtures, we have contacts in every field to provide us with the highest quality supplies.
Execution
After all materials and necessary items are obtained, the construction phase follows. Our hard-working builders begin their part of the process, employing only the finest materials and machinery.
With the help of advanced technology, we have managed to shorten the time needed for construction, while still maintaining first-rate standards. The execution time depends on the type of building, but an estimate for the construction team is generally outlined during the planning stage.
